SEASON 1

REGISTRATION AND AUDITION RULES

REQUIREMENTS

You must certify at the time of your registration that:

·         You are 18 years old or over on December 31, 2012 (which means you must be born on or after December 31, 1994). If you were born before, you are not eligible to participate this season.

Audition Period: January 1, 2013 to on or around February 1, 2013.

Neither you nor any of your immediate family members (spouse, ex-spouse, parents, siblings, children, step-children) or members of your household (whether or not related to you) are current employees, directors, officers, independent contractors, agents, or representatives of Gickup Inc., Gickup LLC, or Propulsion Games, Inc. (collectively, the “Gickup Companies”), or their respective parents, subsidiaries or affiliated companies, or any of their respective licensees, successors or assigns; or any other person or entity connected with the production, administration or judging of the auditions or the Program; any television station or channel, cable network, or satellite network that may air or otherwise exhibit the Program or any variation thereof; any person or entity involved in the development, production, distribution, or other exploitation of the Program or any variation thereof; any sponsor of the Program or its or their advertising agency; or any person or entity supplying services or prizes to the Program. In addition, to the best of your knowledge, you do not know anyone who is now, or has been in the past two (2) years an employee or independent contractor of any of the entities described in this paragraph. Producer and/or Network reserves the right to remove from the Program any person (including you) Producer and/or Network determines, in Producer’s and/or Network’s sole discretion, is sufficiently connected with the Program or any of the entities described in this paragraph such that such person’s participation in the Program could create the appearance of impropriety. Conversely, Producer and/or Network reserves the right to allow any person to remain part of the Program who may have a connection with the Program or any of the entities described in this paragraph if, in Producer’s and/or Network’s sole discretion, Producer and/or Network determines that such person’s involvement in the Program does not and will not affect the integrity of the Program.

THE REGISTRATION AND AUDITION PROCESS

It is currently anticipated that registration and audition will begin on or around January 1, 2013. You must register and record your audition online at http://quickauditions.com/dating. The audition will comprise of three parts:

1) Registering online with Facebook Connect. We use Facebook to retrieve your email address, age, location and photo. We will not sell your data or your friends' data, spam you with e-mails, post on your social networks or contact your friends without permission. You will also provide your sex and sexual orientation.  Auditioners can use aliases if they like.

2) You will be required to select from pre-determined groups of interest that best characterizes you.

3) You will record a video no longer than fifteen (15) seconds and answer the following question: “If you were granted one wish, what would that be?”

Once the audition period has ended, the public voting will begin on a Facebook game called Together Hot (your audition/submission may or may not be used).
 
You are encouraged, but not required to, invite your friends to vote for you. The audience vote will comprise of roughly 50% of the voting while the Producers will comprise the rest. The audience will help select their favorite auditioners. They will also select their favorite couples (one man and woman). To recap, it’s not only who is the most popular but which couple is the most popular. The audience vote in conjunction with the Producers’ choices will determine either the final four (4) or final eight (8) contestants to participate in Blind Video Date.

BLIND VIDEO DATE

The final four (4) or eight (8) contestants must be available on February 8, 2013 to record Blind Video Date. It will comprise of up to two (2) matches. One match may have one (1) male contestant and three (3) female contestants while the second match may have one (1) female contestant and three (3) male contestants.

The final recording will be broadcast on Youtube or around February 14, 2013. Final contestants will be paid up to $100 for their appearance on Blind Video Date.

INFORMATION, OR FAIL TO REVEAL ANY PERTINENT INFORMATION, YOU MAY BE DISQUALIFIED FROM THE AUDITION PROCESS.

Disqualifications: We reserve the right to disqualify and/or exclude, in our sole and absolute discretion, any individual from any of the auditions for any reason or for no reason at all, including without limitation, violation of any portion of these rules, or tampering with the entry process or the audition process. We also reserve the right to change the rules and procedures at any time. Being chosen to audition and/or compete at any level in the process does NOT ensure that you will be selected to continue to the next stage.

Important Suggestion for Registration and Audition: Please be sure to have sufficient lighting to record yourself from your computer. Please be as entertaining, charming and / or funny. Remember to just be yourself. Nudity is not permitted.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the producer, and the voting audience, which shall be final and binding. Your participation for the audition constitutes your consent and agreement to the recording and use of your performance, appearance, name, voice, singing voice, likeness and any musical or sound effects produced by you for use in connection with any television program, motion picture, wireless/mobile device, or the Internet for all purposes (including advertising, marketing, promotion, merchandising and the exploitation of any and all ancillary and subsidiary rights), as the same may be edited, in all media now known or hereafter created, throughout the universe, in perpetuity for no compensation, unless otherwise required by law. Your participation for the audition will be conclusively deemed to be a waiver of any and all claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, etc. All federal, state and local laws apply. Audition dates are subject to change.
