Gickup respects your privacy. We’ve developed this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use, disclose, transfer, and store your information. This Privacy Policy applies to all products and services offered by Gickup. Any capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall be considered defined by Gickup’s Terms of Service.

1. Information We Collect

A. Personal Information

Information You Provide: For some activities on Gickup, like playing a game, posting comments, or otherwise providing Content, you need a Gickup account. We ask for some personal information when you create an account, including your email address and a password, which is used to protect your account from unauthorized access.

Usage Information: When you use Gickup, we may record information about your usage of the site, such as the games, groups and favorites you subscribe to, which other users you communicate with, the games you watch, the frequency and size of data transfers, and information you display about yourself as well as information you click on in Gickup (including UI elements, settings). Third Party Applications: Gickup may make available third party games through its Service. Because of the way we maintain certain services, after you delete your information, residual copies may take a period of time before they are deleted from our active servers and may remain in our backup systems.

Information you provide may be transferred or accessed by entities around the world as described in this Privacy Policy. Gickup abides by the “safe harbor” framework set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information collected by organizations in the European Economic Area and Switzerland. 7. Enforcement
Gickup regularly reviews its compliance with this Privacy Policy. When we receive formal written complaints, it is Gickup’s policy to contact the complaining user regarding his or her concerns. We will cooperate with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personal data that cannot be resolved between Gickup and an individual.

8. Changes to this Privacy Policy
Please note that this Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent. We will post any Privacy Policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice (including, for certain services, email notification of Privacy Policy changes).
