PRIVACY POLICY
Gickup respects your privacy. We’ve developed this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use, disclose, transfer, and store your information. This Privacy Policy applies to all products and services offered by Gickup. Any capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall be considered defined by Gickup’s Terms of Service.
1. Information We Collect
A. Personal Information
Information You Provide: For some activities on Gickup, like playing a game, posting comments, or otherwise providing Content, you need a Gickup account. We ask for some personal information when you create an account, including your email address and a password, which is used to protect your account from unauthorized access.
Usage Information: When you use Gickup, we may record information about your usage of the site, such as the games, groups and favorites you subscribe to, which other users you communicate with, the games you watch, the frequency and size of data transfers, and information you display about yourself as well as information you click on in Gickup (including UI elements, settings). If you are logged in, we may associate that information with your Gickup account.
Cookies: When you visit Gickup, we send one or more cookies to your computer or other device. We use cookies to improve the quality of our service, including for storing user preferences, Gickup also uses cookies in its advertising services to help advertisers and publishers serve and manage ads across the web and on Gickup services.

Third Party Applications: Gickup may make available third party games through its Service. A. To keep you posted on Gickup’s latest product announcements, software updates, and upcoming events. It also helps us to improve our services, content, and advertising. If you don’t want to be on our mailing list, you can opt out anytime by updating your preferences.
B. To help us develop, deliver, and improve our Service, content, and advertising.
C. To send important notices, such as communications about purchases and changes to our terms, conditions, and policies. Because this information is important to your interaction with Gickup, you may not opt out of receiving these communications.

Gickup processes personal information on cloud servers. In some cases, it is possible that your personal information will be processed outside your own country.

Gickup only shares personal information with other companies or individuals outside of Gickup in the following limited circumstances: We have your consent. We require opt-in consent for the sharing of any sensitive personal information.
We provide such information to our subsidiaries, affiliated companies or other trusted businesses or persons for the purpose of processing personal information on our behalf. 4. Information security
We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data. In any case where we provide information access and correction, we perform this service free of charge, except if doing so would require a disproportionate effort. Because of the way we maintain certain services, after you delete your information, residual copies may take a period of time before they are deleted from our active servers and may remain in our backup systems.
6. International Users
Information you provide may be transferred or accessed by entities around the world as described in this Privacy Policy. Gickup abides by the “safe harbor” framework set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information collected by organizations in the European Economic Area and Switzerland. 7. Enforcement
Gickup regularly reviews its compliance with this Privacy Policy. When we receive formal written complaints, it is Gickup’s policy to contact the complaining user regarding his or her concerns. We will cooperate with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personal data that cannot be resolved between Gickup and an individual.
8. Changes to this Privacy Policy
Please note that this Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent. We will post any Privacy Policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice (including, for certain services, email notification of Privacy Policy changes).
